From order to fulfillment
in one connected workflow.

One customer order stays connected as it moves from intake to a line-feasible run, floor execution, traceability, and fulfillment.

01

Orders

Import an Excel file or enter an order with SKU, quantity, and due date.

02

Scheduling

Place work on eligible lines using the configured rate and changeover time.

03

Production

Give the floor one live view of what is scheduled, running, and complete.

04

Traceability

Generate run-linked PDF labels without retyping production details.

05

Fulfillment

Apply on-hand inventory, track scheduled quantity, and prepare shipping documents.

Focused by design

Scheduling and traceability—not another ERP.

RunMark handles line eligibility, product-specific rates, changeover time, live schedules, run status, labels, inventory-aware fulfillment, and production reporting. Keep accounting, purchasing, and bill-of-materials planning in the systems built for them.

Everything a process
manufacturer actually needs.

The core capabilities that replace disconnected scheduling spreadsheets, manual constraint checks, retyped label data, and fragmented production records.

Constraint-aware scheduling

Line-level capability rules and per-SKU throughput rates baked into the scheduling engine. No more manually checking whether Line 3 can run 8" pipe.

Visual production timeline

See every line and run together. Start and finish times, due dates, status, and changeover capacity stay visible in one production view.

Excel order intake

Import orders from Excel, review parsed rows, resolve unmatched SKUs, and create work without retyping every customer order.

Automatic traceability labels

Generate PDF labels from the scheduled run with product, production date, line, run number, unit number, order reference, and part number.

Inventory-aware fulfillment

Use stock on hand before committing new production, split larger orders across eligible lines, and keep ordered, stocked, and scheduled quantities together.

Run & shift reporting

Track actual vs. scheduled output per run, per line, per shift. Know your utilization. Spot chronic underperformers before month-end.

You know this drill.
We built the fix.

If any of this sounds familiar, RunMark was built to replace it — not sit on top of it.

The old way

  • ✕A schedule spreadsheet that breaks the moment two people edit it at once
  • ✕Which line can run what lives in one scheduler's head, not the system
  • ✕Changeovers tracked on sticky notes and whiteboards, if at all
  • ✕Labels hand-typed or copy-pasted from the schedule, unit by unit
  • ✕"What's our utilization?" answered with a shrug and a guess

With RunMark

  • ✓One live schedule the whole floor sees, updated in real time
  • ✓Line capability rules built into the engine — not tribal knowledge
  • ✓Changeover time from your product-to-product matrix reserved before every run
  • ✓Print-ready PDF labels generated straight from the schedule
  • ✓Actual vs. scheduled output, tracked per line and per shift

Start with the question you have today.

Explore a simulated schedule first, then quantify the cost of today’s process or assess whether your team is ready to move beyond spreadsheets.

Built for the shop
not the enterprise.

RunMark is designed for manufacturers running 2–20 production lines who've outgrown spreadsheets but can't justify a $200K ERP implementation.

Frequently asked questions

Who is RunMark for?

Process manufacturers running roughly 2–20 production lines who schedule in spreadsheets today and want a shared, constraint-aware schedule without an ERP project. Pipe, profile, tube, and conduit extrusion are the core fit.

How much does RunMark cost?

$249/month or $2,490/year, with unlimited production lines, orders, and SKUs. The monthly plan includes up to 5 team members; the yearly plan has unlimited members and includes the AI features. Every account starts with a 30-day free trial with no credit card required.

How does the scheduling work?

You set which products each line can run, each line’s rate for each product, shift calendars, and the changeover minutes for each product-to-product switch. RunMark’s optimizer places orders on eligible lines inside shift hours, reserves changeover time before each run, and weighs due dates and changeover time when choosing slots. An order too large for any single slot can be split across lines.

Does RunMark optimize the changeover sequence?

Partly. RunMark’s optimizer never places two runs closer together than their changeover allows, and it weighs changeover time against due dates when choosing slots. If the optimizer is unavailable, a simpler fallback scheduler drafts the schedule instead and does not strictly enforce changeover gaps; the draft review shows which one produced it. Neither searches for the sequence with the least total changeover across the week, and both only know the changeover minutes you enter for each product pair.

Does RunMark replace our ERP?

No. RunMark is a focused production scheduling and traceability layer. It does not do accounting, purchasing, or bill-of-materials planning. You can start from direct order entry or Excel order imports.

What goes on a traceability label?

Labels are generated as PDFs from the scheduled run and can carry product, production date, line, run number, unit number, order reference, part number, and company identity. They print on any label printer that prints PDFs.

Changeover Time, Explained

Changeover time is the hidden line item in most production schedules. Here's what it actually costs, why it gets underestimated, and how to plan around it instead of discovering it on the floor.
